Help & support
If something did not print, or you were charged and nothing came out, the fastest fix is to speak to the counter. Everything else is below.
Common problems
I paid but nothing printed
Your job does not print when you pay — it prints when you scan the code on the kiosk screen. That is deliberate, so your pages are not sitting in the tray before you arrive.
If you have already scanned and still nothing came out, the printer may have stopped for paper or a jam. Tell the counter your job number and they can see exactly where it stopped and reprint it at no extra charge.
The QR code says it expired
Each code can only be used once. As soon as somebody scans it, the screen shows a fresh one — so if you photographed the screen earlier, that photo is no longer valid.
Just scan whatever is on the screen now.
It printed the wrong pages, or came out badly
Speak to the counter while you are still there. They can see what settings the job was sent with — sides, page range, paper size — and reprint it correctly.
If the mistake was ours, the reprint is free.
I want a refund
If a job you paid for did not print, ask at the counter and they can raise the refund from your job. It goes back to the same account you paid from, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
You will not be charged for a print that failed because of a jam or an empty tray — those are refunded automatically.
How long do you keep my documents?
The file is deleted from the server as soon as the printer confirms the job is done. We keep the record of the job — the filename, the page count and what you paid — because that is your receipt, but not the document itself.
A job you upload and never print is removed automatically after a few days.
My file will not upload
We accept PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), plain text and photos (.jpg, .png), up to 50 MB. If your file is bigger than that, or in another format, save it as a PDF first.
On a slow connection a large file can take a while — leave the page open until it finishes.
Can I print without making an account?
Yes — ask at the counter and they can set you up with a temporary guest account on the spot. If you print with us regularly, a real account keeps your history and your receipts.
