Terms of service
These terms cover your use of printnflow's self-service printing. By sending us a document you agree to them.
What the service does
You send a document from your own device, choose how it should be printed, and pay. The job is held until you scan the code on the kiosk screen at the shop — it does not print before that. Once scanned, it prints and you collect it.
What you are responsible for
- That you have the right to print what you send. Do not send material you do not own or have permission to copy.
- That the settings are the ones you want. The price and the settings are shown before you pay.
- Collecting your pages. Anything left at the counter is disposed of securely at the end of the day.
What we are responsible for
Printing your job as configured, on working equipment, at the price shown when you paid. If we fail to do that — a jam, an empty tray, a machine fault — you get a free reprint or your money back. See the refund policy.
We are not responsible for the content of what you print, for a document that was faulty when you sent it, or for delays caused by power or internet failure outside the shop.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to print anything unlawful, or to interfere with the equipment or other customers. We may refuse or cancel a job and close an account for this, refunding anything paid for work not done.
Pricing
Prices are shown per page before you pay and include the paper. They can change, but never for a job you have already paid for.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service means accepting the current version.
SHOP_NAME, SHOP_ADDRESS and
SUPPORT_EMAIL in the server's environment. Razorpay requires
a reachable business identity on these pages before approving a live
account. Have a professional review this wording against your
obligations — it describes what the software does, which is the honest
basis for a policy, but it is not legal advice.
